We could not have stayed at a better hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the service was top notch. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, the shuttle took us to the the Metro Rail and restaurants and picked us up with just a phone call even when we had already checked out. They held our luggage the last day, as our flight was not until later in the day. Also, I had been missing jewelry and called the hotel to see if they had found it. Within two days of my phone call, my jewelry arrived at my home. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott Crystal City for making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient!

The hoetl was clean and well located. The complimentary shuttle whenever I needed it was absolutely perfect. Additionally, I left a valued personal belonging int eh room. The staff found it and UPS overnighted. Great service.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The shuttle service and proximity to the airport and Metro station makes getting there hassle and worry free and the Metro is close enough to walk to if you need to get there when the shuttle isn't scheduled. There's a Starbucks around the corner from the hotel on Crystal Drive and restaurants near the Metro. There's a computer and printer in the lobby for printing boarding passes. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Excellent overall and I would stay there again. The however is.........the web site says they have shuttle 5 am til 11 pm. Dont count on it without being pushy to get a ride. I witnessed others being told different stories about when and where the shuttle would be available. I stayed there without a rental car and wanted Metro and Airport convenience which became a hassle. The courtesy van driver even was distressed when myself and two other riders told him similar stories. Otherwise, I liked the place and would recommend. Stayed here Apr 16- Apr 19 of 2010

We enjoyed staying at this particular Courtyard. Close proximity to D.C, and restuarants. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was nice. The only negative was that the timed air fresher tin the foyer and hallways was overpowering. It set off my allergies so bad, I had to keep myself medicated at all times. When I mentioned it to the staff, they seemed to have little concern.
