This is a great hotel to stay at Staff is terrific location is excellent for our needs while visiting family members. Rates are good. The only complaint is the high parking fees for your car it really boosts your rental fee when you have to add on $* a day to park the rental. I keep hoping they can adjust this in the near future.

My only complaint was that I had to pay $* to park in the garage for one night. I didn't know this in advance. I think this is a bit steep to park when the room was already almost $*. for one night. We thought we got such a good deal until that was thrown at us. It was a parking garage just for the hotel, too, not like it was for anyone to park in.

I liked the area, it was conveniently located next door to McDonalds which worked great after getting back from Paul McCartney concert @ Fed Ex about 12:30 in the morning. Only thing Crystal City probably needs is more restaurants. Hotel itself was really nice , had nice view from my room. Only thing,, maybe sell newspapers in the gift shop instead of only having newspaper dispensing machines.

One of the best choices we've ever made! Staff was very corteous and helpful. Frontdesk staff was FABOULOUS! allowing us to park our car for free and to keep our car at the lot while we took the METRO downtown. Room-very clean and bed comfortable, Massage shower-awesome! Hospital transportation also very good and prompt! Would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!highly recommended:) Two thumbs up!

I loved the service at this hotel. The hotel shuttle service to and from Reagan National Airport was exceptional. I was offered cold bottled water and the drivers were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
